The next Taize prayer service for the Week of Prayer will be held at Wauwatosa Avenue United Methodist Church

Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at 7:30 p.m.
The musicians of St. Matthias Episcopal, St. Stephen Roman Catholic and other churches will combine to lead this service. This service is a part of the Week of Christian Prayer for Unity week sponsored by LARCUM, (Lutheran, Anglican, Roman Catholic, United Methodist.)
Interested choir members or musicians who wish to assist in the musical leadership should be to the church by 6:30 p.m. for the musician rehearsal.
A light reception is planned after the service.
Taizé is an international, ecumenical movement of prayer. Taizé services are contemplative in nature and consist of music, readings, and periods of silence. See http://www.stmatthiasonline.org/ecumenical-taizeacute.html for more information.
